Can anyone make a purchase on

Yes, whether you are a private individual or business you can purchase items on this website. 


When will my order be delivered?

Stocked stationery items will be delivered by the next business day. Stocked furniture and bulky items requiring special delivery will be delivered in 2 to 3 business days. Non stocked items may take up to 30 business days to be delivered. If the product order is not delivered next day you will be informed by email or phone.


How do I pay for my order?

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Visa Purchasing Card and Laser Card. We also offer a 30 Day Credit account for business customers only (terms and conditions apply). 


Will I need to sign for the parcel when it is delivered?

Yes, all items are delivered by our drivers and will need to be signed for.


I am not in during the day, where will my goods be left?

All items need to be signed for. We advise you to get the goods sent to your work address or sent to someone who will be in during the day.


My parcel/goods are damaged, what should I do?

How do I return an item?

Please call 00353-(0)1-4936511 or email us to arrange a return. Please ensure that the item is in its original packaging, is unopened and in a re-saleable condition. Damaged, faulty products and shortages need to be immediately brought to our attention. Due to health and safety regulations the following cannot be returned: food or beverage goods, coffee or water, clothing, safety clothing, footwear, safety footwear, socks etc. See our returns policy for more information.
